Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Registration is binding (after 12 April 2026). Amendments to the registration package are possible and should be completed directly in the registration system by logging into the registration account. Notifications and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) to contact@euchems2026.eu.
Cancellations will be accepted until 12 April 2026, with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of € 150,00.
After 12 April 2026, no refunds will be given, and the fees will be fully charged.
If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to a colleague. All changes should be done in written form to contact@euchems2026.eu.
In case of Force Majeure and health related issues, should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person’s health, the refund fee will be made in full, less an administration charge of € 75,00.
Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail) to contact@euchems2026.eu. An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification. The organizers recommend all-inclusive travel insurance.
