Call for Volunteers: Join the ECC10 team in Antwerp and earn up to 100% off your registration!

Dear ECC10 Participant,

Thank you for registering for the 10th EuChemS Chemistry Congress (ECC10), taking place in Antwerp from 12–16 July 2026. We are delighted to welcome you to what is shaping up to be one of the largest chemistry and life sciences events in Europe, with more than 1,300 participants already registered.

To help us ensure this massive congress runs smoothly, we are looking for enthusiastic young chemists in Belgium to join our local volunteer team. This is a unique chance to experience a major international congress from behind the scenes, expand your network, and help put Belgian hospitality on the map.

What is in it for you?

Depending on the number of volunteer shifts you are assigned, you may receive:

• a 50% reimbursement of your ECC10 registration fee;
• a 100% reimbursement of your ECC10 registration fee; or
• free participation in the Congress Dinner.

Important details to know:

• Are you presenting? Don’t worry! If you have an accepted poster or oral presentation, we will strictly take your presentation time into account when scheduling your volunteer shifts so you don’t miss your moment on stage.
• Already registered and paid? You can absolutely still sign up! If you are selected as a volunteer, your existing registration will be corrected, and you will be reimbursed accordingly.
• What are the tasks? Tasks range from assisting at the registration desks to guiding delegates and providing support in the lecture halls.
